Mousetests.com provides web-based hardware diagnostic utilities, including double-click chatter detection, mouse polling rate testing (up to 8000Hz), DPI/CPI sensitivity measurement, scroll wheel encoder testing, and clicks-per-second (CPS) benchmarking.

All diagnostic tools are provided free of charge, require no software downloads or browser extensions, and execute client-side inside your web browser.

You agree to use Mousetests.com only for lawful diagnostic and testing purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to overload, attack, or launch Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against our web infrastructure.
• Use automated bot scripts to artificially overload or scrape the website.
• Misrepresent hardware diagnostic logs or tamper with exported JSON reports when communicating with third parties.

All original source code, user interface designs, custom graphics, logos, branding, layout assets, and diagnostic algorithms published on Mousetests.com are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unintended commercial reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

06.Limitation of Liability

Mousetests.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Website, including physical damage to peripheral hardware, erroneous test interpretation, or lost gaming/work time.
